In both the public and private sectors, we have a wealth of experience and a wide portfolio of clients – Bramall Construction, Wates, Emmanuel Whittaker, H.T. Forrest, Tameside MBC.
We have played a major part in helping to bring all social housing up to the Government's Decent Homes Standard. We have extensive experience of working in partnership with a wide range of housing organisations, including Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other social landlords.
Typically these consist of kitchen, bathroom, central heating, rewiring, roofing and window/door renewals, external works or a combination of these elements.
The vast majority of this is in the social housing sector or private housing as part of local authority regeneration programmes.
